ANGI BONES started her career in the film/television industry while awaiting final testing for LAPD Police Academy.

Angi took an unpaid position as an intern on the film “Panther” directed by Mario Van Peebles. Working on the film “Panther” shifted her journey in life from law enforcement to a successful career in film and television where she started as a Production Assistant, which lead to a successful career as Assistant Director, Producer and Director.

To her credit, Angi hosts an impressive resume of music videos, commercials, award shows, live-to-tape, television series and more than 50 films; most notably: The Negotiator, Blade, Too Wong Foo, Eve's Bayou, Fighting Temptations, Men of Honor, Mother, The Antoine Fisher Story, Training Day, The Gospel, Warm Springs, Stroke of Genius and Crazy in Alabama.

Angi served as Co-Producer and 2nd Assistant Director on 11 feature films, The Tyler Perry Show and over 240 combined episodes of the highly rated sitcoms “Tyler Perry’s, Meet The Browns”, and the NAACP Image Award winner “Tyler Perry’s, House of Payne” under director, writer, producer Tyler Perry. She also Co-Produced Trois-The Escort and Motives II for Will Packer and Rob Hardy of Rain Forest Films. Angi is a NAACP Image award nominee as Co-Producer for the television film “Raising Izzie” for UP TV and received a NACCP Image award win as Co-Producer for “House of Payne”.

Angi served as the Co-Executive Producer for the highly rated docu-series “Rickey Smiley For Real” for TV One. She most recently Co-Produced the sequel future box office hit “Meet the Blacks 2” directed by Deon Taylor, as well as “Life Size 2”, “Same Time Next Christmas” and “The Thing About Harry” for FreeForm.

Angi is a member of the Producer’s Guild of America, Director’s Guild of America and Women in Film & Television Atlanta serving as board member. She is also a member of Reel Divas, a group that aims to promote female black writers, producers and directors and increase awareness of Atlanta as a production hub. Angi is the President and co-founder of West End Road Productions, Inc. Angi currently serves as Executive Vice President of Bobbcat Films.

Angi creatively developed, produced and directed the feature length documentary film about migrant death along the US/Mexico border entitled “Season of Death” and the multi-award-winning short film “Letters to a Father” about a young girl growing up without her father. In addition, she directed a short industrial for The Atlanta Union Mission, a homeless shelter for women and children for ad agency elite J. Walter Thompson. Directing these type of project keeps Angi in line with her goals, which is to give back creatively through film and television sending messages of family, faith, love and forgiveness.

In addition to Producing and Directing, based on her production experience she has completed a manuscript entitled "The Production Assistant’s Hand Manual".

Angi has set many goals and has accomplished most, the others are yet to be revealed. Hard work, dedication and perseverance serve as a staple within her life and career. She lives by her motto “work hard, stay humble”.

Derrick Doose, a graduate of Baltimore’s Edmondson West Side High School, attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where he studied Electrical Engineering Technology.

Following College, this Baltimore native began work for Sylvania Lighting, one of the largest lighting companies in the world. While at Sylvania, “Doose” also accepted an internship at Georgia Public Television in the role of Technical Director.

After leaving Sylvania in 2000 Doose went on to work for Lucent Technologies as a Fiber Optics Technician. With his demanding schedule and new family, he was unable to continue interning at Georgia Public Television. A year and a half later, Doose was abruptly laid off from Lucent Technologies.

This sudden turn of fortune renewed Doose’s interest in television production and he began to actively seek a way to pursue his passion. To supplement his income, Doose began working nights with Night Shield Security. This job proved to be a blessing in disguise as he was soon assigned to provide security on actual film sets, where he put forth every effort to make industry contacts. It didn’t take Derrick long to realize that his future would be in making movies.

While providing security on the set of The Fighting Temptations, Doose met several industry professionals that took notice of his industrious nature and eagerness to get involved on the set. This soon landed him his first job as a Production Assistant on the feature film Dumber and Dumberer. With no formal training in the motion picture industry, Derrick was determined to absorb every piece of information possible on his first job as Production Assistant, which has spun into a Twenty-year career. He has held various positions, including Production Assistant, 2nd Assistant Director, 1st Assistant Director, Production Coordinator and Director of Photography.

Derrick has worked on such films as, Motives, Stroke of Genius, Trois: The Escort, Warm Springs, Angel From Montgomery, The Gospel, The Last Adam, Stomp the Yard, Trois 3- The Escort Creed, Life Size 2 and the television series The Quad, Ambitions, as well as all of Tyler Perry’s films, television shows, talk shows and live-to-tape plays.
